1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Infozy Pay, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Merchant Eligibility

Merchants must be legally registered businesses capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Indian laws. Accurate KYC documentation and business information must be submitted for verification.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. Any activity performed under your account shall be deemed authorized by you.

4. KYC & Compliance

Infozy Pay reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Transactions may be paused, reviewed, or rejected to comply with RBI, banking, and regulatory requirements.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed via CCAvenue and partner banking networks. Infozy Pay does not directly hold customer card data. All transactions are subject to gateway approval and fraud monitoring systems.

6. Pricing & Fees

Processing fees are applied as per the published pricing structure. Fees are deducted automatically before settlement. Applicable GST and statutory taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

7. Settlements

Settlements are processed as per agreed T+2 or configured cycle. Settlement may be delayed due to chargebacks, disputes, regulatory review, or banking holidays.

8. Refunds & Chargebacks

Merchants are responsible for managing refunds and responding to chargebacks. Chargeback penalties and processing costs may be deducted from the merchant wallet.

9. Prohibited Businesses

The following categories are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal or counterfeit goods
• Adult or restricted content
• Gambling or betting (without license)
• Crypto trading (unless pre-approved)
• High-risk financial schemes

10. Suspension & Termination

Infozy Pay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant activities without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Infozy Pay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Liability is limited to the fees paid by the merchant.

12. Data Protection

We process merchant data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Secure encryption and industry-standard security measures are used to protect sensitive information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
